Fall 2024 Studio Protocol & Important Dates
Thank you for participating in our Winter 2024 Open Enrollment. We are glad that you are family at DiverseMoves Dance Studio. Thank you for celebrating our 20th year with us!!! We couldn’t do it without each of you!!!

• Please be mindful that we have over 150 children that we service at DiverseMoves. We are big in numbers but small in the capacity that we can fit in the building.
• If this is your child’s first time at DiverseMoves you are more than welcome to view the first class to become familiar with our set-up and your child’s class instructor. We will offer two additional classes for parent/guardian viewing (dates listed below).
• If your child is age 3-4 you may stay to view the class each week but we ask 1 chaperon be present due to limited seating.
• Once your child’s class is over please exit the building promptly to ensure that there are no distractions amongst our staff to securely transport all students to their parent/guardian.
• Please keep all side conversations outside of the studio so it does not disrupt the work of our staff or class instructors to ensure your child is getting the best instruction.
• Payments are always due the first Monday of each month, however; invoices will be sent via email the last week of each month prior to the payment due date.
• Please be mindful of your payment obligation and attendance from January 8th-April 27th. If payments are not made on time or reasonable class attendance is not met - this will prevent your child from performing and maintaining a spot for future
re-enrollment.
• Please be mindful that our tumbling routines and dance routines are a team effort. When your child practices with their team they are confident in the role they play but when a team member is not present the other members are forced to pick up the slack and sometimes on short notice. Please do not register if you cannot meet the attendance requirement each month and the performances.
• Dancers dress in comfortable clothing for dance and tennis shoes. Tumblers wear tank tops under your garments or leotards. We have water coolers but feel free to send your child with a water bottle.
